My guess is you have essentials installed, usually the default plugin most people get, so to change the auto afk on that simply load up your config and look for the part that says "Auto-afk-kick" and change it to -1 Here's a screenshot of the area with the path file seen at top...

I'd recommend using f.lux, it's basically a program which dims the bright colours at night (such as the white on multicraft) makes doing any late night work on multicraft that much easier on your eyes. Here's a link if you're interested: https://justgetflux.com/

It's very possible, Java isn't the most reliable thing in the world, let's hope that has helped.

As Richard has said, it's likely on your end by sounds of it, I'd recommend looking into an internet connection monitor software to see if your connection is dropping the same time as you're getting disconnected, especially if you're using wireless. Otherwise all I can recommend is uninstalling...

This could be a number of things, Are you the only one experiencing it on your server? Are there any console errors when you get disconnected? Are you using the right client for your server version? How long has this been happening? Could simply be Mojangs servers having issues at that time...

If it's set to true and you're opped you should be able to place command blocks, try disabling that other plugin to see if it is somehow preventing it. Double check you're 100% opped by going to your console and doing it there

Make sure you're not within the spawn protection, by default 15 blocks around where you spawn is protected from being edited unless you're opped, try moving further away and placing the command blocks.

Ah yeah that is much better than what it was, I still feel the whole budget thing can be unclear but it's easier than before.
