I can't access my server through the control panel.

My server isn't expired, yet I can't access it.
All it says is "Your own servers and other servers you have access to will be listed here."
But I own a server.
Can anyone tell me why this is happening?
Thanks!

If the service is still active and has not been cancelled or terminated then it will be listed as long as you are logged in, and with the correct control panel account - an account you have created yourself will not list the server unless it has been given access to it via the main control panel account that was created by us when your first service was ordered.

Apparently the service was terminated. Does this mean that everything was lost? And for some reason it won't let me pay or update it again.

Once a service has been terminated it cannot be reactivated/recovered - services are removed from the system on termination, with files being removed from the system shortly afterwards.
Terminations run 10 days past the bill date if payment has not been received, 20 days after the invoice has been generated.

Wait so even if I send a support ticket the files are long gone? trying any way to figure out if I can get anything back.

We do not keep server files on the system for more than a few days after a termination runs - the disk space they were using is a part of the package you were paying for to rent on the system, so it is freed up for new services within a few days of a service being cancelled or terminated. Once they have been cleared from the system they cannot be recovered on our end.
