The forums is not BeastNode support - in general if you have issues with accounts you need to contact support via the tickets at https://www.beastnode.com/r/support (or if you cannot log into your billing account - https://www.beastnode.com/portal/submitticket.php?step=2&deptid=2 - if you CAN log into your billing account always use the first link and log in when submitting tickets).
If you mean logging into MultiCraft - if this is a new account make sure you are using the correct information, the password is not the same as your billing account password. The log in details were emailed to you purchase, make sure to check junk/spam for the Minecraft Server Information email as well.
For any other account issues you need to contact support.
