Why the hate for MUDs?

I'm reading through the Terms of Service because this place seems like a really great place to host a VPS for a website and some applications. The terms of use make a lot of sense - such as not hosting illegal content, promoting violence, spreading malware and ... hosting muds /rpgs?.

Why is this a forbidden activity? While it's not my intent to do so, this struck me as weird. If I run a small forum and leave it unattended for a while and some users decide to start a forum MUD randomly, is my site going to be suspended?

Hi,

When clients break the TOS we do contact them to resolve the problem. We don't just suspend or terminate it's not exactly fair.

Thanks for the reply, that certainly sounds fair!
Main concerns assuaged, I'm still a bit curious if there's an explanation for the MUD rule. It just strikes me as rather arbitrary. I'm sure there is a good reason for it, I just don't see it!
