How To Change Between Vanilla / CraftBukkit / Other Mods

Here is how to change between CraftBukkit and Vanilla:
 
1.  Log into your Multicraft account
 
2.  In the middle of the page, you will see a drop down menu with the JAR selection
 
 
3.  Select the JAR you want to use
 
4.  Hit the "SAVE" button on the bottom and restart the server
